Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open Obscura on your phone.
- Tap the Settings tab (the person icon in the bottom bar).
- Scroll to Data & Account and tap Delete Account & Data.
- Tap DELETE EVERYTHING to confirm. Your data is removed immediately and you're signed out.

If you no longer have the app
Email mail@prmedia.io with the subject “Delete my Obscura account”. Include your first name, the approximate date you signed up, the city you used it in, and your Account ID if you have it (shown in Settings). Because Obscura accounts don't use an email or phone number, these details help us find your profile. We complete requests within 30 days.
Also note: if you don't open the app for 12 months, your profile is deleted automatically.

What is deleted and what is kept

| Reports you sent or that mention you | Kept until reviewed, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them |
